Pferdepension Toben is a small family-run horse boarding yard in Horsten in East Frisia. Boxes measure 15 to 21 square metres and can be paired with an individual paddock, and horses are fed twice a day on hay and grain grown on the farm. From May to October horses have 24-hour access to summer pasture; in winter they use a large turnout paddock with a covered hay and water station. A big riding arena and a lungeing ring are free for liveries to use, and two hacking routes lead straight out into the countryside. The yard takes horses of every age, from youngsters to retirees.
