Gut Lübbersen is a working estate near Lauenau in Lower Saxony that combines farming with a livery yard for horses. Because the farm grows its own forage and bedding, boarders' horses are fed and bedded from the estate's own crop. Facilities include an indoor school, an outdoor arena, boxes, paddocks and pastures, with hacking straight off the yard. It is run by Anja and Carl-Börries Thies and caters for leisure and competition riders alike, with regular veterinary care built into the routine.
