Reiterhof Tote Hose has been based in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg since 1989 and specialises in Fjord horses, which suit beginners and experienced riders alike. The yard runs guided hacks through woodland, heath and out onto the Wadden Sea mudflats, always accompanied by experienced ride leaders. Groups and clubs are welcome and rides connect directly to the extensive local bridle-path network. The farm also offers Wattwagen (mudflat wagon) trips across to the island of Neuwerk. It is run by Diana and Christian Kühlcke.
