Island- und Therapiehof Alte Mühle is an Icelandic-horse and therapy yard at Neuhof near Lamspringe, run by Elena Richter. It offers equine-assisted therapy sessions and riding experiences built around contact and communication with the horses. Groundwork, obstacle work, carriage-driving courses and rides through the surrounding woods are part of the programme, along with time spent caring for the horses. The yard also runs photo shoots with the horses and sells handmade products through a small shop.
